  • Donkey beach gear ships to customers within the united states and canada for orders placed online.

  • shipping costs are added to customer orders upon checkout unless a sale is offering free or discounted shipping.

  • customers outside of the united states may incur higher shipping costs in their final order. these costs will be available to review before submitting payment online.

  • we do our best to package and ship orders placed online within 1 -2 business days.

  • shipping times may vary based on carrier schedules. We estimate 3-5 business days for orders within the usa and 7-10 business days for canada.

  • when you place an order online, you will receive email notifications to confirm payment and order details. once the package has been shipped an email containing tracking information will be sent.

  • if there is a shipment delay notification on the website, orders will be packaged and shipped within 5-7 business days.

Returns & refunds

  • Customers can request a return or exchange for products ordered online within 2 weeks of receiving the order.

  • all requests for returns, exchanges and refunds must be sent to donkeybeachgear@gmail.com.
    please include the following information in the email:

    • your name as it appears on your order

    • the order number found on your confirmation email

    • the item(s) you would like to return or exchange

    • the reason for the return or exchange

  • once the return request has been approved via email notification, customers are responsible for shipping items back to donkey beach gear within 5 business days. a shipping label will be emailed as a pdf for customers to print and attach to the original packaging.

  • items must be returned with all original packaging, tags and accessories in order to receive a full refund. that means sunglasses must be returned with the case and cleaning cloth.

  • items must be in same condition as when they were shipped from us. if an item is damaged during shipment, donkey beach gear will send a replacement once the damaged item is returned. shipping for replacement products that were damaged in the mail will be paid for by donkey beach gear once approved.

  • if an item is broken, used or damaged by a customer a credit may be offered instead of a refund - this is subject to our discretion.

  • if an item was purchased at an event, please contact donkeybeachgear@gmail.com to request a refund or credit for another purchase.

  • we follow the shipping information based on what is entered by the customer at checkout.

  • we are not liable for lost, held or delivery errors due to incorrect shipping addresses.

  • order confirmation emails are sent to the customer once checkout is completed. shipping confirmation emails are also sent once the package is mailed.

  • we ship orders quickly, so please contact us within 24 hours if you see an error on your confirmation email.
